This is an example page, written to match Efimera's actual behaviour as far as I know it — no account, no server sync. Have it reviewed before it goes live, and fill in the bracketed placeholders below.
What Efimera collects
Efimera doesn't ask for an account, and there's no server it talks to. Your three things, your brain dump, your Don'ts list and your settings stay on your device, in the app's own storage.
iCloud sync
[If Efimera syncs between your own devices via iCloud, describe that here — it's still not visible to us, since it moves through your personal iCloud account, not a server we run.]
Notifications
The morning nudge and evening wrap-up are scheduled on your device by iOS. Efimera doesn't send anything to a server to trigger them, and doesn't know whether you saw or dismissed one.
Analytics and crash reports
[State plainly whether Efimera uses Apple's basic App Store analytics, a crash reporter, or nothing at all. If nothing, say so directly — it's a stronger and simpler claim than most apps can make.]
Third parties
Efimera doesn't share, sell, or send your data anywhere. [Add a line here if any dependency — even something like Sparkle for updates — ever touches user data; if none do, this section can stay this short.]
Children
[State your intended age range and whether Efimera is directed at children, per App Store and COPPA/GDPR-K requirements.]
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it. [Add how you'll notify people of material changes, if you plan to.]
